Refund & Return Policy
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about an original painting purchased from my website, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
The painting must be returned in its original condition and securely packaged. The cost of returning the painting is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or is faulty.
Once the painting has been safely returned and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Paintings
If your painting arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and the painting. I will work with you to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Commissioned Paintings
All commissioned paintings require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking and begin work. The remaining balance is payable once the painting is completed and before it is dispatched.
Due to the bespoke nature of commissioned artwork, the 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun, as the painting is created specifically to the customer’s requirements.
Commissioned paintings cannot normally be returned or cancelled once work has begun. If there is a problem with a commissioned painting, please contact me and I will always do my best to resolve it.
Please Note
For hygiene and practical reasons, any items that are personalised or made specifically to the customer’s requirements may be excluded from the standard cancellation and return rights available for ordinary online purchases.
